I've had a smoothie for breakfast for years. I go through my usually routine of Almond Milk, some frozen fruit, a banana, some greens and then add my protein powder. We tried Life's Abundance plant protein a few weeks back and my smoothies taste better. This plant protein just seems to add a smoother tastier taste to my smoothie.
