1 cup milk of choice (Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, etc) - We use Almond Milk
1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 ripe frozen banana
1 scoop Life's Abundance Chocolate Plant Protein
5-10 ice cubes (fewer cubes for thickness)
